Congratulations Mrs. Errin Basil for being nominated Weirton Elementary School's Teacher of the Year.
"I have been teaching around 23 years and currently teach 4th grade. I graduated from Weir High School and furthered my education at West Liberty. I also earned a master's degree in strategic leadership at Mountain State University. It’s been such an awesome and experience to be able to come back and teach in the county I grew up in. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family whether it’s going to WVU to visit Brayden, watching a golf match of Jaxson’s, spending time with my parents, or traveling with my husband Pete enjoying Boston Bruins hockey."
