Congratulations WES First Grade students for honoring past and present Presidents for President’s Day in February. Students learned facts about each of the 46 presidents and teachers randomly pulled names of presidents for students to recite a famous fun fact and dress like or share a prop in honor of that president. Students recited the Pledge of Allegiance and sang You’re a Grand Old Flag. The President’s Day program was started on February 20 and ended on February 22.
